Anyone else use Linux?
Personally use Mint on most of my Tri-boots, almost specifically just to read files on other HD's regardless of file systems.
Used Elementary for a while as well.
Xentyl if I am configuring Servers for customers.
Just seeing what anyone else uses and why?

Yes, Linux Server Hosting is very suitable for OS. I am also Using the https://onliveserver.com/cheap-linux-vps-hosting-server/ Server from a hosting Company and yes it works very smoothly. My website performance enhance day by day just because of Linux VPS Server Hosting. You can also use the best of Linux Server, it is very suitable and easy to free.

I like Linux Mint w/ Cinnamon desktop. I use it as my main OS on my
machine. No major problems, just a few minor glitches like installing
a wireless printer.

None of them actually run windows apps, but some have a decent wine integration, but that's far from running just about every major application and zero of the utilities that get into the system level. Partition management apps and such. The best and only way to get a seamless environment for running windows applications on Linux is via Virtual Machine. Via Virtual Machine you have quite a few options to run a copy of windows but only a few that I can recall have a "fusion" mode where as it would be able to simply launch individual windows for the apps you run in the virtual machine, hiding everything else making it look like you ran it on Linux. If I recall correctly Parallels for MacOs used to do this quite well. I wonder if there's a Linux version? Anybody else knows of a VM host app that does this on Linux?

What exactly do you use windows for? I bet there is a good equivalent for whatever programs you use.
