lost file in System 32 windows 8.1 Empty lost file in System 32 windows 8.1

good day friends a few days ago I allowed one of my nephews to play on my laptop and when he left I noticed something was wrong, I certainly mistakenly deleted some files including the "optionalfeatures.exe" System 32 folder ¿how did he do it? I dont know..! Could someone publish this file to download it and put it on my computer?

mi sistem is windows 8.1 x86 es
